Food insecurity affects thousands of families in Atlanta. Through our Faith Works Food Distribution program, we partner with local organizations to provide meals, resources, and support to children, adults, and seniors facing hunger.

Our goal is simple: no one should struggle alone.

What We Do:

• Provide fresh meals + nonperishable food boxes

• Support families impacted by poverty or housing instability

• Partner with local nonprofits and churches for distribution

• Create safe, welcoming spaces for prayer and encouragement

Intern Opportunities:

• Assist in meal prep and on-site distribution

• Coordinate delivery routes and logistics

• Engage with families and volunteers

• Capture photos or stories for impact reports

Through our Community Outreach initiatives, we meet people right where they are—offering prayer, encouragement, and practical support. From sorting prayer requests to hosting community events, our outreach efforts bring comfort and connection to those who need it most.

What We Do:

• Support our mentorship and letter-writing efforts

• Encourage individuals navigating hardship

• Host community events, giveaways, and support drives

Essentials That Restore Dignity.

Our Care Kit program provides individuals experiencing homelessness with the basic items many of us take for granted: toiletries, snacks, clean clothing, blankets, water, and handwritten encouragement notes. These kits bring both practical relief and emotional support.

What We Do:

• Collect and organize donated supplies

• Pack hygiene kits, comfort items, and resource cards

• Deliver kits to shelters, streets, and transitional programs

• Provide encouragement through handwritten notes + prayers

Intern Opportunities:

• Organize, sort, and track incoming supplies

• Assist with packaging and inventory management

• Help distribute kits alongside volunteers

• Support logistics and quality control
